About Facilitatrix

Facilitatrix provides individualised services to adults and children with disabilities, as well as their families. Our services include case management, support coordination and specialist support coordination, allied health services, psychosocial recovery coaching, mentoring, advocacy, training and consultancy.

We specialise in services that relate to guardianship and administration, having extensive experience in this area, and offer a range of specialist consultancy services for individuals, families and service providers within the community services sector.
