Positive Behaviour Support

Evidence-based, person-centred strategies to build positive behaviours, improve communication, and enhance quality of life.

What is PBS?

Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) is a comprehensive, evidence-based approach that focuses on understanding why behaviours of concern occur and developing strategies to improve quality of life. Our practitioners work collaboratively with participants, families, and support networks to create individualised plans that are practical, sustainable, and respectful.

Under the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, PBS providers must adhere to strict timelines for developing Interim and Comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans, especially when Regulated Restrictive Practices are involved.
